Sales Representative
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play an integral role in growing our business team and will call on potential customers to illustrate the competitive advantage that we bring through our products and services. Responsibilities and Duties:
•Offering value proposition, creating urgency, and CLOSING the sale over the phone
•Prospecting for customers; building and managing the inside sales development pipeline for a defined region
•Using consultative selling methods; analyzing each prospect and identifying needs
•Building a comprehensive map of the prospects’ potential business opportunities, profiling the decision-making process, and interviewing key decision makers
•Working with qualified leads, demonstrating through web-based presentations and delivering highly customized solutions
•Achieving and exceeding goals and quotas by closing new business transactions
Requirements
•4-year college degree or equivalent experience; preferred
•Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) software applications and online meeting software, Web Conference; Goldmine and Join.me, preferred
•Strong selling and negotiating skills with the ability to utilize effective questioning techniques to close deals
•Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines
•Competitive and driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
•Ability to comprehend technology and develop sales strategies to increase business opportunity
•High call volume telemarketing, B2B, and/or other inside sales experience, preferred
•Experience with Saas or technology/ IT sales is a plus.
